تخریب ویلای غیر مجاز ۶۰ میلیارد تومانی در جنگل های شهرستان ماسال

حکم قضایی قلع و قمع و تخریب ویلایی مجلل در جنگل های شهرستان ماسال صبح امروز اجرایی شد.

به گزارش پایگاه خبری گیل فام به نقل از روابط عمومی دادگستری گیلان، حکم قضایی قلع و قمع و تخریب ویلایی مجلل در جنگل های شهرستان ماسال صبح امروز اجرایی شد.

احمد آقایی معاون اجتماعی و پیشگیری از وقوع جرم دادگستری استان گیلان در توضیح این خبر افزود: سازنده این بنا فردی غیر بومی و غیر گیلانی است و از طریق رانت توانسته است اراضی جنگلی را تصرف کرده و اقدام به ساخت بنا کند و علی رغم دستور قضایی خلع ید و قلع و قمع این ویلا در سال ۱۳۹۸، هیچ اقدامی از سوی متولیان امر در آن دوره صورت نگرفت.

وی با اشاره به اینکه دستور تخریب این بنا توسط دادستان عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان ماسال صادر شده است اظهار داشت: صبح امروز حکم قضایی قلع و قمع این ویلا اجرایی شده که موجبات خشنودی مردم منطقه را به دنبال داشته است.

آقایی با بیان اینکه اموال شخصی داخل ویلا به صاحب ملک برگردانده شده است افزود: صاحب ملک به اتهامات متعددی نظیر اخلال در نظام اقتصادی و توهین به مقدسات و … و همچنین ۳ نفر از کارکنان منابع طبیعی به جرم فساد اداری و اعطای مجوز غیر مجاز در بازداشت موقت به سر می برند.

وی در ادامه خطر نشان کرد: با دستور ریاست کل دادگستری استان عرصه ۳۰۰۰ متری این ویلا باید رفع تصرف شده و به منابع طبیعی برگردانده شود و خسارات وارده نیز جبران گردد.

معاون اجتماعی و پیشگیری از وقوع جرم دادگستری استان گیلان با اشاره به ارزش ۶۰ میلیاردی تومانی این ویلا و ادعای واهی صاحب آن مبنی بر ارتباط با صاحبان قدرت و مکنت اظهار داشت: پیام تخریب این ویلا برای تمام کسانی است که در دل جنگل ساخت و ساز کرده و قانون را زیر پا گذاشته اند این است که دستگاه قضایی در راستای قانون و بر مدار عدالت با هیچ متخلفی مماشات نکرده و با متخلفان در هر لباس و منصبی برخورد قانونی خواهد کرد.
