نایب‌رئیس اتاق ایران در مراسم تجلیل از اقتصادی، صنعتگران و صادرکنندگان استان اردبیل، با اشاره به مشکلات عدیده‌ای که در مسیر فعالیت‌های اقتصادی وجود دارد، ارتقای رتبه اقتصاد استان را مدیون تلاش این افراد عنوان کرد.

به گزارش گیل فام به نقل از تایماز نیوز / نایب‌رئیس اتاق بازرگانی، صنایع، معادن و کشاورزی ایران، با اشاره به اهمیت وزرای اقتصاد، صمت، کشاورزی و کار برای فعالان اقتصادی و بخش خصوصی کشور، گفت: علیرغم برخی قول‌ها مبنی بر معافیت صادرات کمتر از ۱ میلیون دلار از پیمان‌سپاری ارزی در سال ۱۳۹۷، امروز اغلب بنگاه‌های زودبازده به‌واسطه همین پیمان‌سپاری ارزی با مشکلات عدیده‌ای دست‌وپنجه نرم می‌کنند. حسین پیرموذن در آیین تجلیل از فعالان اقتصادی، صنعتگران و صادرکنندگان استان اردبیل، افزود: تقاضای فعالان اقتصادی، بنگاه‌ها و تولیدکنندگان، بازنگری و تجدیدنظر در آیین‌نامه‌های مربوط به پیمان‌سپاری ارزی است. وی در بخش دیگری از مراسم، گفت: ارتقای رتبه اقتصادی استان به‌واسطه تعامل و همکاری نمایندگان قوای سه‌گانه در استان و تلاشگران حوزه صنعت رقم خورده است. پیرموذن اظهار کرد: در نگاهی به آمار کمیته‌های قضایی کشور، رتبه کمیته قضایی استان اردبیل رتبه اول را دارد و این را مدیون رئیس‌کل دادگستری، معاون قضایی و اعضای کمیته حمایت قضایی استان هستیم. وی با اشاره به تعامل و همکاری همه‌جانبه دستگاه قضایی، استانداری و نمایندگان استان در جهت توسعه اردبیل افزود: همه مسائل استانی در سایه این هماهنگی در سطح استان مرتفع می‌شود و اغلب مشکلات پیش روی فعالان اقتصادی و صنعتگران استان، مسائل ملی وکلانی هستند که رسیدگی در سطح ملی را می‌طلبد. نائب رئیس اتاق ایران با تقدیر از فعالان اقتصادی، تولیدکنندگان و سرمایه‌گذاران که همواره با تمام توان در راه پیشبرد اهداف توسعه‌ای استان تلاش می‌کنند ارتقای رتبه اقتصادی استان اردبیل را مدیون این تلاشگران عنوان کرد تجارت موضوع داخلی نبوده و ارتباط با دنیا در این موضوع مؤثر است مدیرکل دفتر مقررات صادرات و واردات سازمان توسعه تجارت گفت: سازمان توسعه تجارت رویکرد تسهیل‌گرایانه دارد و مشکلات ارز و سهمیه‌بندی غیرقابل‌انکار بوده و ارتباط با دنیا در تجارت مؤثر است. نرگس باقری، اظهار کرد: تجارت موضوع داخلی نیست و ارتباط ما با دنیا در این موضوع مؤثر است و کار کردن با این تحریم‌ها کار راحتی نبوده و تلاش صنعتگران و فعالان اقتصادی در این شرایط کمتر از جهاد نیست. وی با بیان اینکه مشکلات حاصل از تحریم، ارز و سهمیه‌بندی غیرقابل‌انکار است افزود: سازمان صمت و مخصوصاً سازمان توسعه تجارت رویکرد تسهیل‌گرایانه دارد و ازآنجایی‌که همه ما در یک کشتی نشسته‌ایم نمی‌توان مسائل و مشکلات را نادیده گرفت. مدیرکل دفتر مقررات صادرات و واردات سازمان توسعه تجارت افزود: مشکلات ارز و سهمیه‌بندی همه ما را در صادرات و واردات دچار تنش کرده و امیدواریم در دوره جدید و تیم جدید روزهای بهتری رقم بخورد و اقتصاد کشور به خاطر تحریم و برخی تنگ‌نظری‌های داخلی دچار چالش نشود. کاهش آمار جرائم با افزایش اشتغال‌زایی در استان اردبیل معاون قضائی رئیس‌کل دادگستری استان اردبیل گفت: در سایه حمایت از سرمایه‌گذاری و افزایش اشتغال‌زایی در طول سه سال گذشته آمار جرائمی که با بیکاری و فقر ارتباط مستقیمی دارد در سطح استان کاهش یافته است. یوسف خدادادی اظهار کرد: تولید در برون‌رفت جامعه از بسیاری مشکلات اهمیت بسزایی دارد و اگر مسائل اقتصادی حل نشود علاوه بر اینکه معیشت مردم دچار مشکل می‌شود، مباحث فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اخلاقی و تربیتی جامعه هم به مخاطره می‌افتد و مشکلاتی که در ظاهر اقتصادی به نظر می‌رسند در بطن مباحث فرهنگی، اجتماعی و تربیتی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. معاون قضائی رئیس‌کل دادگستری استان اردبیل با تأکید بر اهمیت اشتغال‌زایی در جامعه گفت: تولید، صادرات و واردات منجر به ایجاد اشتغال می‌شود و داشتن شغل مانع بسیاری از آسیب‌های اجتماعی، انحرافات و کج‌روی‌های اجتماعی می‌شود. موفقیت تولید، نیازمند تبیین گفتمان تولید و ثروت و جانمایی آن در ذهن مسئولان است استاندار اردبیل نیز در این مراسم، گفت: تولید و ثروت نیازمند گفتمان سازی برای جانمایی در ذهن مسئولان است تا در وقوع هر مسئله‌ای تولید فدا نشود. حامد عاملی، اظهار کرد: اقتصاد مسئله اصلی امروز کشور که همواره از سوی مقام معظم رهبری و مسئولان کشور مورد تأکید قرار می‌گیرد.

وی با بیان اینکه اقتصاد علم تولید و توزیع ثروت است ادامه داد: نحوه تولید و توزیع ثروت جزو مباحث علم اقتصاد و نیاز به گفتمان و تبیین دارد و در شرایطی که انگشت اشاره در هر مواجه با مشکلات به‌سوی عرصه تولید برمی‌گردد می‌توان گفت که هنوز گفتمان تولید در کشور تبیین نشده است. استاندار اردبیل با تأکید بر اینکه تولید ثروت مسئله اصلی در کشور است گفت: همه ما در هر جایگاه و پستی که قرار داریم موظف به تبیین گفتمان تولید و ثروت و جانمایی آن در ذهن تمام مسئولان کشور هستیم. اردبیل به کارگاه عظیم تولید و کسب‌وکار تبدیل شده است مدیرکل سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان اردبیل نیز گفت: استان اردبیل به لحاظ جذب سرمایه‌گذاری در حوزه‌های مختلف به کارگاه عظیم کسب‌وکار تبدیل شده و امروز اردبیل جزو استان‌های مؤثر در تأمین محصولات موردنیاز کشور است. مسعود ایرانی، از وجود یک همدلی جمعی در استان برای رفع موانع و مشکلات واحدهای تولیدی خبر داد و افزود: در حال حاضر استان به لحاظ اقتصادی در شرایط ویژه‌ای قرار دارد و امروز به‌واسطه وجود بسیاری از صنایع و واحدهای تولیدی جزو استان‌های صنعتی کشور هستیم. مدیرکل سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان اردبیل با بیان اینکه در سطح استان ۲۰ شهرک صنعتی داریم گفت: با صدها هزار همت سرمایه‌گذاری در این واحدهای تولیدی بیش از ۲۸ هزار نفر مشغول فعالیت هستند و ۳۰۰ پروژه با سرمایه‌گذاری ۸۰ همت در استان اردبیل در حال اجرا است.
