نام نويسي بيمه تکميلي درمان ويژه هنرمندان، نويسندگان، روزنامه نگاران و فعالان قرآن و عترت از امروز ۱۹ شهريور آغاز شد.

گیل فام /صندوق اعتباری هنر به منظور کاهش دغدغه های درمانی جامعه فرهنگ و هنر کشور، ثبت نام بیمه درمان تکمیلی ویژه هنرمندان، نویسندگان، روزنامه نگاران و فعالان قرآن و عترت را از تاریخ ۱۹/۰۶/۱۴۰۳ لغایت ۲۹/۰۶/۱۴۰۳ از طریق پیام رسان اختصاصی صندوق هنر به نشانی honarcredit.ir/app و یا سایت صندوق به نشانی Profile.honarcredit.ir انجام خواهد داد.

خدمات بیمه درمان تکمیلی سال جاري با همکاری بیمه دانا در در قالب سه طرح (امید، آرامش و رفاه) با سه سقف قیمتی از ۵۹۱ هزارتومان تا ۵ میلیون و ۲۲۹ هزار تومان و پوشش‌های متفاوت ارائه شده است تا هر فرد بنا بر شرایط خود یکی از طرح ها را انتخاب کند.

در طرح امید، هر عضو از مبلغ سالانه دو میلیون و ۴۰ هزارتومان،۵۹۱ هزار و ۶۰۰ تومان پرداخت می کند و ۷۱ درصد حق بیمه یعنی یک میلیون و ۴۴۸ هزار و ۴۰۰ تومان توسط صندوق پرداخت می شود.

در طرح آرامش، هر عضو از مبلغ سالانه ۵ میلیون و ۸۸۰ هزارتومان، ۲ میلیون و ۳۷۶ هزار و ۳۰۰تومان پرداخت می کند و ۶۰ درصد آن یعنی سه میلیون و ۵۰۳ هزار و ۷۰۰ تومان توسط صندوق پرداخت می شود.

در طرح رفاه نیز از مبلغ سالیانه ۹ میلیون و ۶۰۰ هزارتومان، صندوق، ۴۶ درصد آن یعنی ۴ میلیون و ۳۷۰ هزار و ۴۰۰ تومان توسط صندوق پرداخت می شود.

حق بیمه سالانه بیمه عمر و حوادث اعضا صندوق اعتباری هنر مبلغ ۱۳۳ هزار تومان است. این بیمه نامه برای بیمه شده اصلی بیمه درمان تکمیلی الزامی است.

ثبت نام بیمه تکمیلی صندوق برای اعضا و خانواده تحت تکفل آنان آزاد است و هر عضو می‌تواند با طی مراحل ثبت نام در یکی از طرح های بیمه تکمیلی، همسر، فرزندان و همچنین والدین تحت تکفل (تحت پوشش بیمه پایه فرد اصلی) را در همان طرح ثبت نام کند.
