ضرورت توسعه آموزش و جانشین پروری در ساختار اداری استان

در راستای اجرای سیاست‌های دولت چهاردهم در حوزه تحول اداری، معاون هماهنگی توسعه مدیریت و منابع استانداری گیلان و هیئت رئیسه مرکز آموزش مدیریت دولتی کشور، راهکارهای ارتقاء نیروی انسانی در دستگاه‌های اجرایی استان را بررسی کردند.

به گزارش گیل فام ؛ آرش فرزام‌صفت، معاون توسعه مدیریت و منابع استانداری امروز در نشستی با اعضای هیئت رئیسه مرکز آموزش مدیریت دولتی کشور، به بررسی راهکارهای بهبود و ارتقاء نیروی انسانی در دستگاه‌های اجرایی پرداخت.

در این نشست، با تأکید بر نقش کلیدی منابع انسانی در تحقق اهداف توسعه‌ای دولت، دو طرف بر لزوم برنامه‌ریزی منسجم، آموزش هدفمند، و بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های علمی و آموزشی کشور برای ارتقاء کارآمدی نیروی انسانی در سطوح مختلف اجرایی استان تأکید کردند.

همچنین در این جلسه، محورهایی همچون اجرای طرح‌های آموزشی ملی، توسعه جانشین‌پروری در ساختار اداری، و چگونگی بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت مراکز آموزش مدیریت برای تحقق اهداف تحول اداری مطرح و مورد تبادل نظر قرار گرفت.

این نشست در چارچوب سیاست‌های دولت چهاردهم در زمینه تحول سرمایه انسانی و شایسته‌گزینی در نظام اداری برگزار شد
