اولین کارگروه مدیریت شرایط اضطرار پدیده گردوغبار در گیلان برگزار شد

افزایش کانون های گردوخاک خارجی و داخلی؛ ضرورت تاب آوری شهری و راه اندازی ایستگاههای سنجش آلودگی هوا

به گزارش گیل فام ، نخستین جلسه کارگروه مدیریت شرایط اضطرار پدیده گردوغبار در سال ۱۴۰۴، روز سه شنبه ۱۶ اردیبهشت ماه، با حضور نمایندگان دستگاه های مرتبط در سالن امام رضا (ع) اداره کل حفاظت محیط زیست استان گیلان برگزار شد. این نشست با هدف بررسی راهکارهای مقابله با تبعات بهداشتی و زیست محیطی گردوغبار و افزایش تابآوری استان در برابر این بحران تشکیل شد.
هشدار درباره تشدید پدیده گردوغبار در گیلان
علی محمدپور، معاونت محیط زیست انسانی اداره کل حفاظت محیط زیست گیلان، با بیان اینکه گردوغبار به عنوان یکی از بلایای طبیعی در دو دهه اخیر ایران را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است، اظهار کرد: «با وجود تصور عمومی مبنی بر سبزی و پاکی استان گیلان به دلیل شرایط جغرافیایی، این استان در یک دهه گذشته به طور جدی تحت تأثیر دو جنبه از پدیده گردوغبار قرار گرفته است: افزایش فراوانی روزهای همراه با گردوخاک و رشد چشمگیر کانون های گسیل این پدیده از ۳ به ۸ کانون رسیده است .
راهکارهای فوری و بلندمدت مقابله با بحران
در این جلسه، راهکارهای کاهش آسیبهای ناشی از گردوغبار با تمرکز بر دو محور اصلی مورد بحث قرار گرفت:
۱. افزایش تاب آوری شهری: توسعه فضای سبز شهری، ایجاد کمربندهای سبز حفاظتی حول شهرها و احیای اکوسیستم های طبیعی برای جذب ذرات معلق.
۲. تقویت سامانه های پایش: راه اندازی ایستگاههای سنجش آلودگی هوا در شهرهای استان به منظور مدیریت هوشمند شرایط اضطرار و برنامه ریزی هدفمند برای کاهش تبعات بهداشتی.
محمدپور با تأکید بر لزوم همکاری بین بخشی دستگاهها خاطرنشان کرد: «هماهنگی سازمانهای هواشناسی، مدیریت بحران، علوم پزشکی، شهرداریها و سازمانهای مردم نهاد برای اجرای برنامه های عملیاتی ضروری است. همچنین اطلاع رسانی سریع و آموزش شهروندان از طریق صدا و سیما و شبکه های اجتماعی باید در دستور کار قرار گیرد.»
این نشست با حضور نمایندگانی از معاونت محیط زیست انسانی، اداره پایش و امور آزمایشگاه های محیط زیست گیلان، هواشناسی، مدیریت بحران استانداری، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی، صدا و سیما، راهداری، برق منطقه ای، شهرداری، هلال احمر و وزارت ارتباطات برگزار شد و هریک از مدعوین به بیان نکته نظارت خود پرداختند. مقرر شد گزارش تفصیلی این جلسه به همراه برنامه های عملیاتی به استاندار گیلان ارائه شود.
